The Hill House

It is one of the two housing units of a typical Marche farmhouse characterized by brick walls, exposed stone and wooden beams. It is located within the village, at the end of a dead-end street. Relaxation is guaranteed. The entrance is independent on a small garden for the exclusive use of the apartment. From the veranda you can access the interior of the house, consisting of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Modern furnishings overlap with traditional style, creating a unique charm.

With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
