Privileged and peaceful setting, where the biodiversity "land and sea" reign supreme. An intimate beach is reached at the bottom of the grounds by a stone staircase. It is discovered in the mudflower at low tide and wildlife appears while at high tide, the joys of boating make everyone happy. Very quiet, 100 metres from the water

My second home consists of a bright living room, two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Every detail has been carefully thought out, not in a rental logic, but for my personal well-being. Here, you can hear the birds, the wind in the pines... and sometimes, in the distance, the gentle murmur of the sea. Great for quiet and careful guests. I'll lend you my bikes if you need them It is not suitable for parties or lively stays. Non-intrusive adjoining property.

The Annex, like an auxiliary ship's boat, is a small part of my house. It is a new and very well-equipped accommodation. Small is beautiful could be its motto. It has on the ground floor, a bright living room with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 2 small "boat cabin" bedrooms. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside, and the north-facing garden allows you to enjoy the morning sun surrounded by flowers in season.
