Apartment KIWI II with cozy terrace

Newly renovated studio apartment located in a quiet area, only 10 minutes by foot from the center of Dubrovnik - the Old Town. The apartment has a big bedroom with double bed, flat-screen TV and air-condition, private bathroom, kitchenette and a spacious, cozy terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. NO PARKING! We don't have parking within our accomodation. There is free parking along the street above the apartment but it can be difficult to find a free space.

Welcome to Apartment Jolie, a stone Mediterranean house located on a small hill called Montovjerna. The house is surrounded by greenery, pine trees and a beautiful view of the sea, the bay and the island of Lokrum. On the spacious terrace you will be able to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The Old City Walls are a fifteen minute walk away. One of the most visited beaches called Bellevue beach, which is reached by stairs, is located nearby the apartment.

Brand new one bedroom apartment in downtown Dubrovnik. Supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars and bus stop few minutes away by foot. 20 mins by foot to get to the Old Town Dubrovnik or minute away with a bus. Apartment has elevator, so there are no stairs to reach it. Closest beach is 7 minutes away by foot.
