The house is situated in Bellingham, in the heart of the North Tyne valley (17 miles from Hexham) within walking distance of all the town’s amenities. An exquisite base (with consistently high reviews) for exploring the tranquil local landscapes, by foot or wheel, close to the River North Tyne (fishing permits available), the International Dark Sky park and Kielder observatory. We have officially the darkest skies in England; from the back garden over 2000 stars can be seen on a clear night.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Bellingham is only 2 miles away by car with a Co-op , pubs, Chinese take out to name but a few ammenities .

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

This cosy cottage is nestled in the rural, yet busy village of Bellingham. It has lots of amenities on it's doorstep including pubs, cafes, co op shop, post office, chemist, butchers, Chinese takeaway etc. You enter the property from the main road, into the sitting room, which leads to the large kitchen, back porch and downstairs toilet. The two bedrooms are upstairs and across the landing from the bathroom with shower and roll top bath. An ideal home away from home!

Heron cottage is in perfect peaceful location sitting on the north tyne river, 15 minute walk from village.The cottage is warm and cosy it is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It also has your own private outside sitting area. You also have a picnic bench on the edge of the river to watch the wild life and at night take in the amazing dark skies.
