Clean and all new apartment quite close to the center of Lugano, even on foot, everything is perfect

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views. It was superbly equipped. Christine and the owners were very nice. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Very nice view of Lago Maggiore. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped. Plus: Hospitality, late checkout was possible. Minus point: The address provided does not match, so a little complicated with the outward journey. All in one a beautiful place and surroundings, recommended. Thanks Katherine. ☺️

It was a great stay. We were received directly very friendly by Fernanda. Communication was prompt and extremely friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, right by the lake, and cafes, restaurants, etc. are the best served by car. Thank you very much for a great time!

It was a great Easter stay for our family (two adults and dog). We spent cozy evenings by the fireplace, during the day we stayed in the garden and went hiking a bit, once we visited Locarno. Our 3.5 year old daughter was simply delighted. The house has everything you need. Simona was very helpful and explained everything to us. The view, the tranquility and the surroundings make it a real haven of peace. I keep thinking of the house and hope to come back again. Thanks again, dear Simona!

Great space for eight people, easy to walk to train station and easy bus to station(s) as well.

Walter and his wife were very accomodating. We had a fabulous time, the house was amazing and had everything we needed. An incredible collection of antiques and every corner has something interesting to look at. We loved our stay so much and will be back again.

Despite the beautiful photos in the listing, we were surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the large glass windows on the lake and the city. We particularly liked the modern layout, all held in white, gray and a few red elements. The 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers as well as large closets were built in behind the sliding doors, leaving a large blank space for the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped in a luxurious way. The location of the apartment is perfect: We were able to park in a reserved space in front of the building; 7 min. to go into town. Without a car we took the funicular at about 500m or the bus at 100m. We'd love to come back for a future stay.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

It was pleasant, but it was a bit cold and the window didn't close and maybe you could offer a little more things like snacks, hair dryer or what you just need in everyday life. So for 170.- you could just get more providers otherwise it was very nice.

We loved our stay here, couldn’t recommend enough! All the small touches went a long way and the view couldn’t have better.

The building itself is not soundproofed, and you can see a little bit of old parts in various places, but it is neatly cleaned, and the kitchen has all the necessary items such as tools and a power strip in the master bedroom, so it was easy to stay for a day. I was uncomfortable because I didn't get in touch well in the morning on the day of check-in, but seeing that other people said they were quick to respond, I think there was a situation that day. Anyway, I recommend it.
