Casa Berlinda, the detached Rustico on a large forest and meadow plot facing south, ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comfort (all rooms floor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 min. uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 min. on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has magnificent views over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. The bus stop "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50 m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 sqm) but fine (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
