This newly renovated 3-bedroom home features a chef's kitchen with an induction range and espresso machine. Heated floors are found throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Outside, discover a fully fenced backyard with a new saltwater pool, deck sofas, and chaises. Please note: we open the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day in the summer only. It is a saltwater pool, and they come to clean it each week on a Friday. It is heated, but it is not a hot tub.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Monkey Puzzle is affectionately named for a well known tree in the front lawn of this house, it seems that everyone in town is familiar with our Monkey Puzzle tree. We purchased this house last summer and have done a total renovation to get it ready for Summer 2026. Everything in Monkey Puzzle is brand new; including 2 bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and appliances, central air, and an amazing gunite pool.
