It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. Located in a village, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards near Epernay and Reims, it was fully renovated in 2025. Relax with the sauna and Jacuzzi (open year-round) and enjoy winter evenings by the fireplace. The shared swimming pool is accessible by booking time slots in the summer season.

So that you can enjoy, for the duration of a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new stopover, you can come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny-Sous-Châtillon, and admire an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley, during a walk

Chapters in Champagne

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.

The Crayères gîte in the Reims mountains

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
