Cozy Three Story Lookout Tower

Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!

Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Laverne - Historic Home in Downtown (new hot tub!)

Laverne is a one bedroom historic cottage tucked in between two larger houses, with access from both Georgia Ave and Lava Road. Unique for it's proximity to downtown AND the peaceful residential feel. Mature landscaping with heritage cherry tree, private and sheltered bungalow. Outdoor space includes private deck and hot tub with views; small enclosed front yard. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Queen Casper in the tiny bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room. Great natural light. Off street parking.

Modern Historic Cottage in core downtown

The Sunrise Cottage is everything you want for your Bend visit. It's within a short stroll to restaurants, breweries, bakeries, and more. Be in the heart of downtown and park your car to walk everywhere. This century old cottage is located on the west side of Bend and fully renovated to keep its old-Bend charm intact while offering modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, plush king bed, high speed internet, off street parking, and brand new private hot tub in the large fenced backyard.

This adorable 1950's cottage is located in the heart of Midtown Bend, within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, parks and Pilot Butte State Park, and less than a mile away from downtown Bend. Two light-filled bedrooms both have double French doors leading out to a large back deck and a fenced, private backyard. A cozy living room, and eat in kitchen make this home the perfect place for a small family or a few friends to share. Serene fenced back yard space with hot tub.
