Vraie maison de vacances familiales au calme, située à 400 mètres de la plage de Bénerville, et 150 m boulangerie conçue pour 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Beau jardin ensoleillé disposant de 2 terrasses et d'une piscine privée. Grand salon lumineux, Espace bureau , cuisine très bien équipée (L.V, électroménager, Senseo,..) 3 chambres doubles dont 2 au rez de chaussée et une avec petite chambre bébé , 1 chambre avec 4 lits superposés avec salle de jeu/TV attenante, wifi, parking intérieur.

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)
