For one month this place was our home and it couldn’t be any better. It has everything we needed for a long, comfortable and safe stay with a little kid. The apartment is in good conditions, looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect. A lot of stores, restaurants, places to walk within walking distance. Diana is a very responsive host, always there to answer all your questions and help with everything you ask. I definitely recommend this host! We will come back100%

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

Excellent! From the first moment, communication was quick, clear and very friendly, always attentive to any questions or recommendations you needed. is located in a quiet, safe and well connected area. I loved that it is close to supermarkets, shops and with easy access to downtown and the beaches, but at the same time away from the tourist noise, ideal for resting. The place was spotless - clean, tidy and with all the amenities working perfectly. The decor is very nice and cared for, and I was surprised that it was even set according to the Easter season, which was a super cute detail that made the stay even more welcoming. In addition, the house is quite spacious, with a very large space and several beds, which makes it perfect if you are traveling with family or friends. Without a doubt, one of the strengths was the quietness of the neighborhood and how easy it was to move from there to any part of the city. I felt at home from the start.

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

The accommodation is located very close to the ADO, which provides transfers to other points very easily. It is in a closed street which provides security and tranquility, it has a laundry machine (something that is very important) and the attention of Maria Cristina and her husband is very warm and super helpful. They are attentive to needs and are looking for solutions to the circumstances that arise. The bathroom has available towels and botiquin, details that make a quiet stay

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.
