Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Winter months I would recommend 4 wheel or all wheel drive. Lake Michigan is just across the street and you can get a lot of snow off the lake in the winter months if you only have 2 wheel.
