Tranquil Farmhouse - Kerrytown Historic District

STR21-2054:Cook dinner in a beaming kitchen with nut-brown plank floors and dine with family and friends at a trendy handmade table. With its vivid original artworks, pops of cool colors, and modern furnishings, this guesthouse feels at once magical and restful. This is a complete, private apartment with two private entrances in a duplex house. It is on the first floor of the building and the entrances are on the side and back. The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! If you rent both guesthouses and open the door between we can sleep 10! I am available by text or phone most anytime. 734-476-0101. Nina Howard, Owner The house is set in the Kerrytown district, a historic enclave boasting vibrant boutiques, charming eateries, and artsy cafes. Across the street is the Kerrytown Market and Shops, while the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is just a stone's throw away. A private space is provided for parking but there is a bus line a block away as well. Street parking and parking lots within the block. We have provided ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper. Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.

Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!
