The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

Welcome to my cozy guesthouse by the sea. Chateau d'eau is located in a great location near the beach and within walking distance of the dunes and village center. In the morning, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the sun on the terrace and in the evening from the sunset on the beach. There is a car park available. Haus am Zee is a cosy beach house just a one-minute walk from Zandvoort’s South Beach.
