The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Happy Days Apartment heeft in juli 2020 zijn deuren geopend voor de eerste gasten. Daarmee is het een gloednieuw appartement welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en digitale televisie. De aangrenzende badkamer heeft een regendouche en is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. In de woonkamer bevind zich de volledig uitgeruste keuken en een gezellig zitje om aan te eten. Daarnaast is er nog een terras met zitje waar je lekker buiten kunt zitten.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking

With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is just across the road, and you can hire bicycles in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It takes 5 minutes by train to Haarlem and 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

De moderne, lichte suite biedt alle comfort voor 2 personen en is uitgerust met een queensize boxspring (160x200), koelkast, waterkoker, wifi en luxe Nespresso voor een heerlijke koffie in de ochtend. De badkamer is voorzien van alle luxe, met inloopdouche, toilet en wastafel. Voor de suite is een eigen terras met zitje en ochtendzon.

Welcome, 'Zand Tropez', to my cosy guest house by the sea 🌞 Guest house Chateau d'eau is in a great location near the beach and within walking distance of the dunes and the village centre. In the morning, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the sun on the terrace and in the evening from the sunset on the beach. There is a car park available.
