Quiet, cozy, sunny villa from 1911 with (unheated) swimming pool in wooded surroundings. From the spacious terraces, you can look out over a wooded English landscape garden. The house features a spacious open-plan room on the ground floor. This space consists of a dining area with a 3-meter dining table, a spacious sitting area and a separate TV corner with sofa. Furthermore, there is a kitchen, utility room, hall, playroom and toilet. The first floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Three private parking spots, big green garden with a trampoline, dinner terrace, lounge area, warm (!) outside shower and dining table for eight. A spacious kitchen, bathroom with 2 basins and 2 showers. 4 bedrooms, an office, a playing room (can serve as an extra bedroom) and big living room. Our house is from 1850 and is one of the only remaining houses from that time. We fully renovated it in 2021/2022.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

The vibes and colors of the accommodation get you in the holiday mood instantly. The accommodation has 6 bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Depending on the group size we open/close some rooms. The accommodation is on the first and second floor of the house (not the ground floor).
