Beautiful, spacious, detached bungalow with heated swimming pool with children's plateau and large, enclosed garden with total privacy. Quietly located. Designer outlet, museums, Marktplein, historic churches and Maasplassen. Living room with sitting area, TV corner and fireplace. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. Covered terrace with sitting area, dining table, barbecue and TV/audio system. Complete bathrooms with bathtub, rain shower, double sink and toilet. Four bedrooms, 3 of which have TV. WiFi everywhere.

From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
