The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 100 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The garden in front of the door invites you to sunbathe, romp and enjoy cozy evenings. In the area you can hike, cycle and swim (Achterwasser: approx. 3 km, Baltic Sea beach: approx. 7 km).

Benz is located in the charming hilly hinterland of the island of Usedom, 5 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. In addition to thatched houses, there is a Dutch windmill with original furnishings, a small gallery and a brick church with a beautiful wooden coffered ceiling designed as a starry sky, where concerts can be experienced regularly in summer. The apartment is located in my old thatched roof house and is light-flooded and friendly. It is good for couples.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
