Canggu represents a large area of Bali, most is accessible by scooter. Our part of Canggu/Berawa is totally walkable. Short distances to the beach, surf classes, beach clubs, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, yoga, gym etc. 20 min easy stroll along the beach, go left to Seminyak and right to Echo/Pererenan beaches. Avoid all the traffic! Please be aware there is ongoing construction in the area that goes sometimes til 9-10pm. This is why our rate is half of what it usually is.

All villa water (showers, sink) is filtered and safe for drinking. This was important for our family. We built this villa for our surfing family of four. Finished in June 2023. Brand new! We include daily cleaning and 1 free airport transfer (with 6+ nights stays). Walk to beach and everything Canggu offers. Yet convenient for Seminyak and all areas of Bali. Best Canggu area to avoid worst traffic. We also have baby cot, baby bath, high chair and pool fence for free upon demand.
