Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.
