Pool house right next to the family's house. Entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and stove. Bathroom with floor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels with the ability to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We take care of the cleaning after your visit. Centrally located, just 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. The pool is suitable for swimming/heated in July/August.

Here is a house with a large garden and its own pool that you have access to. Enjoy a fantastic view of both the Öland alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to the nearest restaurant and 15 km to the nearest shop, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.; 30 km to a larger area with several restaurants and shops (shopping centre); 2.2 km to the sea, where in summer there is a campsite with a small shop, adventure golf and light meals. Unfortunately, the condition of the beach and the water there varies a bit; it's a 30-minute walk to several beaches.

It offers a perfect retreat for those seeking peaceful relaxation, nature experiences, and proximity to the beach. The cottage is located on the same property as the main residence. Modern living from 2022. Quiet and peaceful area with excellent cycling and hiking routes. Only 2 km to the beach. There is a lovely pool area on the property that you are welcome to use. Bikes available for lending.

Bo med egen pool och orangeri med underbar utsikt och nära till havet! Södra huset har ett stort vardagsrum/kök och badrum. I huset finns ett sovrum med 160-säng och ett sovrum med en loftsäng 80 en 140-säng under. Norra huset har en 160 säng och en bäddsoffa (140) i ett gemensamt utrymme med kök och ett badrum. Precis utanför finns Halltorps naturreservat med mysiga promenadslingor. Ett stenkast bort ligger Halltorps gästgiveri med restaurang och servering samt VIDA konstmuseum.

Summer house on Öland + free padel Welcome to spend your summer vacation in our summer house. Since the house is located in the middle of Öland, it is a perfect strategic location for exploring the entire island's attractions. Here you have free access to the community pools plus free padel (2 km from Tveta recreation area, outdoor courts). You'll even have free access to the tennis courts. There is also a soccer field, bowling alley and lovely walking paths in the area.

Villa on Öland with pool, outdoor spa & large terrace

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestaden on Öland, with a 20-minute walk to Färjestaden harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and a beach. With about a 15-20 minute drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer from mid-May to September. The hot tub is heated all year round.
