Close to good bus communications with bus 401 that goes to the county hospital in Kalmar . Bedroom in the loft with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette. Sofa bed for two people in the living room. Water heater capable of providing hot water for normal usage. If there are several people, you may need to take shorter showers. The water heats up again quite quickly.
