Alpine Apartment Sonnenhang | Sauna•150m Ski Lift

Your base for an Alpine getaway: centrally located, just 150 metres from the mountain lift, panoramic views, sauna and free Nationalpark Sommercard in summer. Enjoy the stylish interior, large windows that fill the apartment with light and create the feeling of being in the mountains. The supermarket is 100 metres away and the village centre is close. The living room with seating and dining area opens onto the south-facing balcony. The apartment sleeps 8 and has an open kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Welcome! Our house Sofia is located in a very quiet location on the mountain in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. You have a wonderful view of the Großvenediger and other 3,000-meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern. Of course, exclusively for you - the whole house is for you alone! Ski bus to Wildkogel: only 50 m away! You have 2 bedrooms with the possibility of providing a crib. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Your VACATION awaits!

Cozy apartment on the outskirts of the village

Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
