Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

The apartment on the first floor, where you can spend your days relaxing with those you love, welcomes you with a well-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, RAGGIO DI SOLE and OASI DI QUIETE, a lovely bathroom and a comfortable living room with sofas and a smart TV. The highlight of the house, for moments of pure relaxation, is a large terrace with 400 m2 of enclosed garden, where you can have breakfast, an aperitif, sunbathe or dine with friends.

The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.
