lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

A perfect location! My grandchildren ( 4 and 1) enjoyed the easily accessible beach, but probable the enclosed lawned garden even more! We had an initial problem with the dishwasher not working, but Alex had it resolved pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities. The boxes of toys and books for the children were a great source of delight. We were visiting family in the area, and will definitely be booking this property again!

What a beautiful location! We wanted a place where we could relax and have all we needed within easy reach, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Having direct access to the beach from the garden was great and we sat for hours sitting looking out to sea. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away and meant that we didn't need to use our car all week. I'm sure we'll be back.

My wife and I plus our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay. The house had everything needed for a break away. Just 3 minutes to the beach and local shops/ restaurants I highly recommend the bungalow and Boutique Beach properties. 5 Stars.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at James and Hazel's place. kitchen equipped with utensils and foil so we could make a Sunday roast. As described and just up the road from our family. would definitely stay again. Thanks

We had a lovely time over the Easter bank holiday with two friends. Was lovely to be so near the sea front for walks in the morning. The air bnb had everything we needed, great host and accommodation, highly recommend :)

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! We had a lovely stay and the property is well equipped. Sharon left us bread, butter, milk and eggs as well as tea bags and coffee. We loved the area and it is a short walk to the town centre, pubs and a nature reserve. We couldn't fault the property in any way

Cathy and Tim’s place was exactly as described, great value for money and we felt right at home. The house was spacious and had everything we wanted and more, the sauna was amazing! Communication was first class from start to finish and the early check in was much appreciated. For anyone wanting to visit Brighton & Hove or surrounding areas we can’t recommend this place highly enough, the location was great, we ate out at a local bakery, which was a ten minute walk, every morning, and we didn’t need the car as the public transport was so regular and close by to catch. We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later hopefully.

We had a great stay! The house is in a good location for the new forest and had everything we needed. The annex was also well stocked and it was nice having the extra space. William was also very responsive and helpful. We'd recommend this place for a large group going to the new forest!

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. We loved our stay at Sherries place. Her place was warm, clean, open and very welcoming. It was lovely to walk to the local shops and be surrounded by some green which is not an everyday thing for me. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Sherrie for having us :0)
