The independent apartment located on the ground floor of our house is composed of a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

Ideal for a getaway in the Norman bocage. Narrow picturesque stairs on the 3rd floor, with doors closing on each floor. NB for information WC A LITTLE NARROW! It is also the charm of this house. Coastal trip, Deauville or Rouen 45 minutes away. In town: Country golf, greenway, theater, museum, 4 cinemas, market on Saturday.

Welcome to our cocoon, close to Bernay life and beautiful Norman villages. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the beaches are 35 minutes away! You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, a living room/dining room/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front of everything as well as on the ground if necessary.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

🌳 Nestled in a 5-hectare green setting is this former hunting lodge dating from 1753 🏰. Three other private dwellings make up the estate: our house 🏠, another cottage for 8 people (La Grange), and one currently undergoing renovation 🛌. Each property has its own private terrace ☀️ and parking space. From April to October, a paddock with horses 🐴 graces the grounds and invites daydreaming 🌈. The many hiking trails 🚶‍♀️🌾 will allow you to discover the countryside.

During your stay, relax on the terrace of Le Bec-Hellouin, an ideal place to recharge your batteries. The village of Bec-Hellouin offers a tourist experience with its abbey and monastery. From the creperie to the local restaurant, foodies will find their happiness. The cottage is located at the foot of the Voie Verte (40 km). Within 20 km are Harcourt Castle with its arboretum, the Battlefield Castle and Pont-Audemer (nicknamed Little Venice).
