Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an annex with an unobstructed view of the spacious garden to the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.

The massive garden house is a separate small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas are available. Baby travel cots can be delivered on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near Lake Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

The romantic town of Freystadt with all shopping facilities is only 5 minutes away by car. The A9 is quick and easy to reach.

A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.

2-room apartment in a central location

The property is located in the old town of Neumarkt. The train station is approx. 10 minutes' walk, where you can connect to the Regional Express as well as the S-Bahn trains to Nuremberg and Regensburg. Nuremberg can thus be reached in 30 minutes and Regensburg in 50 minutes. A parking space is right outside the door; this can be used for the duration of the stay.
