We had an incredible 3 days stay at the cottage. Tucked away in a secluded valley, the property is surrounded by beautifully maintained natural landscapes — thoughtfully curated by the hosts, Tim and Tim. The garden of pollinator flowers, the river running through the land, and the quiet charm of the setting make it feel like a hidden gem. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and full of character, with a cosy fireplace that made it easy to settle in and feel at home. In our opinion, it was an amazing value for money. Communication was excellent, the check-in process was simple, and the directions made everything easy to find. It’s also a short drive to local amenities and great hiking trails - the hosts know the area really well and made sure we had all the info we needed for our stay. We’ll be back as often as we can. Tim and Tim have earned two regulars! Thanks guys for creating and sharing this beautiful environment.

As a family of six - three generations - we fitted snugly into Jasmin Cottage. The cottage is spacious, like new, the kitchen very well equipped. Jon was very responsive and helpful when there was a technical hitch with the utilities. The views across the valley are stunning and the hiking options right at the doorstep. An additional bonus is the ancient, historically highly important silver mine right next door which we were able to visit. We can highly recommend Jasmin Cottage for families.

I booked with 24 hours notice and Lorraine responded immediately. After a 13 mile hike along the coast she was there to greet me with beer and a cream tea… I mean… life doesn’t get better than that!

A lovely home, pictures don’t do it justice, it’s very large and spacious and feels cosy (lovely underfloor heating) with a massive kitchen and main bedroom! Wow. Spectacular views (if a little windy) glad we had our massive winter coats for G&T out the front. Plenty of blankets inside to wrap up warm for breezy weather which enabled us to fully enjoy the view, which was a lovely thoughtful touch. We had a fairly traumatic journey there as we broken down. A coupe of tea bags and a drop of milk would have been totally amazing in the welcome box. We munched on the crisps instead. We had a lovely 2 night stay, good quality mattresses and bedding made it super comfy. Local community super helpful and friendly when we broke down! Arlington court National Trust makes for a great day out. Would highly recommend the property. Thankyou.
