We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

We offer you accommodation in a rural environment where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, keeping the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. NO BARBECUES ALLOWED

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, the barbecue, the sun terrace and the patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, some of my family may also be there, but they'll always respect the privacy of the guests.

This house was our home for a few years and we hope that for you it will also be a place that you like to remember, that you feel at home and enjoy it. It is an ideal house for family holidays and relaxing, also for a workplace, for digital nomads or content creators or for athletes, due to its location in a quiet and noise-free place, 3 minutes by car from the city and the lake, natural environments where you can do sports, walk and take beautiful photos.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.

The apartment is in the most central and charming area of the village. It's a small and very cozy apartment. It consists of a dining/living room, next to the kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a stay at home, with a small outdoor terrace. It has a double room and a bathroom with shower. The area of the town of Besalú offers a wide variety of activities and experiences, alone, as a couple, with friends or family.

The Lodge has a terrace, a private infinity pool and a garden, offering an ideal setting to relax in complete privacy. Each Lodge has free private outdoor parking equipped with a charging station.
