Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. 2-room apartment for 2 people, located in the Terre De Haut residence. A ski trail connects the residence to the area, allowing you to return on skis when there is sufficient snow. The rest of the year, it's the ascent of Puy de Sancy! With stunning views of the resort, Puy de Sancy and the Cantal Mountains, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

Studio on one level, located in the heart of the medieval city in a historic district and very quiet. All shops are nearby, as well as restaurants . Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.

For public transport a bus stop is at the foot of the building and the nearest tram line is a one minute walk away.
