Hello, I rent my 75 m² chalet in the mountains, at the heart of the Parc des Volcanoes d 'Auvergne in the Massif du Sancy. Located in the municipality of Saint Victor La Riviere, between Besse en Chandesse and Murol. (Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

En hyper centre, très bel appartement T2, 37 M² au 2e étage avec balcons. Idéalement situé à proximité des thermes et de toutes commodités. Il se compose d'une agréable pièce à vivre combinant séjour et cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un canapé convertible en lit de 140cm. Le tout exposé sud et ouest ouvrant sur 2 balcons desquels on peut admirer un magnifique panorama du Sancy au Puy de Gros! IL dispose d'une chambre avec rangements et un grand lit en 180cm. Enfin une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The rest of the year, it's the ascent of Puy de Sancy! With stunning views of the resort, Puy de Sancy and the Cantal Mountains, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!

At Bercail De Mira, you'll enjoy a studio cabin in a perfect location (in the straw hut). The ski slopes and the lake are 100 m from the building and the shops are on the ground floor! We have installed an 80 cm TV with a PS3 (DVD/Blu-ray) and Wi-Fi for internet addicts. A parking space in the underground garage and a large ski storage room are reserved for you. Finally you will enjoy the large balcony with views of the lake and the estate!

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.
