Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Clémence de Troyes: Typical 17th century house in the hyper center of the Troyes cork. A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). Quiet, not overlooking the street, we provide bed linen and towels as well as Netflix and Disney+. See you soon :)

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Access to the property is through our courtyard and independent entrance. kitchenette equipped for breakfast and simple meals. Free parking on site. Shared pool (with us) Large accessible garden with dining and relaxation areas. Our house is next door.

Quiet and charming house

Charming Champagne house on two levels in a village of 60 inhabitants, 8 min drive to Châlons-en-Champagne and 5 min to a large shopping area (cinema, skating rink, bowling, disco, children's playground, shops). The Capitol and its many activities are 6 minutes away. Less than an hour away is Epernay and its cellars, Reims, Troyes, Verdun. Very bright, south facing with direct access to the garden, located in a farmhouse offering additional space.

Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Many activities to discover in the surrounding area.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms each with its Italian shower and private toilets, it is bright . This house can accommodate up to 7 people. Depending on the period, and on request, it is possible to choose your arrival and departure times.

It is located in a small village (no shops) - 5 min from Arcis sur Aube (shops and restaurants) - 30-40 min from Troyes and Châlons en C, - 4 min from Clos Beaurepaire - 12 min from the highway
