The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

Recently restored in 2021, it is an ideal place to enjoy a few days of rest with family and/or friends in contact with nature. The AP7 (highway) is 5 minutes away from the house, as well as the fast track to get to the most touristy areas of Galicia. It's in a very quiet area. It has a lot of privacy. A closed house and property.
