This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Just a 4 minute walk to town to Reklis brewery, Colonial Theatre, restaurants, and more. Many attractions nearby including Mt Washington, Santa's Village, Bretton Woods, Franconia Notch/Cannon Mtn, Attitash ski area and summer water slide; several other microbreweries nearby in Littleton and Franconia.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
