Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Studio in City Center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small garden of 150m2. It has its own terrace that ensures a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little rider King Charles lives in our house. At 100m you can park in the parking lot of the church.

The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside on the edge of the forest in a small, very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Walks in the forest accessible directly from the house, without the need to take the car. Bikes are available on request free of charge on request in advance. You will have free access to the pool area.
