Great place. Great stay. Ritu and Ash are very kind and helpful. Not only did they help us check in smoothly, allow an early check in and a late check out, but they also made sure we feel right at home by catering to all our requests - be it a location change or a local sight seeing recommendations list. A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb hosted by Neel and Sanya, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The place was immaculate—neat, tidy, and yet incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Traveling with pets can sometimes be challenging, but this stay was perfect for them. The property features a huge garden where my pets could roam freely and have a great time. They loved it! Neel and Sanya were fantastic hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. From helping us settle in to proactively checking if we needed anything, their hospitality was top-notch. They also shared some excellent recommendations for food and places to visit, all of which turned out to be spot on! All in all, this is a highly recommended place to stay with amazing hosts. We absolutely loved the experience and would love to visit again. Thank you, Neel and Sanya, for making our stay so memorable!

Couldn’t have asked for more. Pictures on the app don’t do justice to how pretty the property and her place is. There’s a river that flows towards the back side of the property - feels straight out of a white lotus episode lol. The villa is nicely done and has all the amenities you would need. There’s a fully stacked book shelf with some of our fav authors on it - if you like reading, you probably won’t need to carry your heavy books around. Location is near Cavolessim beach - it’s surrounded by fancy hotels all around so things are a little more expensive than other places in the city. A couple of nice places to eat around but would suggest enjoying the property and renting a scooter/ car to explore other areas in South Goa.
