Our 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard is refurbished. It consists of a living room area, kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. A parking space is available. Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

La Petite Baratte

Ideally located, close to the historic centre of Besançon, close to the bike path and the start of several hiking trails. The studio is on the ground floor of our house (the toilets are separate, located on the same floor and reserved for this). A private and enclosed terrace is available with views of the hills of Besançon and the surrounding hills. The studio and the access to the toilets have small steps, which means that it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
