Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

ArtBnb in Saco

Welcome to ArtBnb! My husband Tim and I bought this 1920's property in October, and we have gradually been working on setting it up to be our long-time vision of an AirBnb rental/artist's residency. The apartment is a sweet & cozy bi-level 2-bedroom, located in central Saco. Most of the art you see in the space is original work by local artists/friends, and is for sale. Welcome to Old Orchard Beach

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
