The private side patio is a fantastic area to sit in the early morning to catch the sounds of the tropical birds attracted to the property. This is a favourite spot to start the morning with a coffee in your hand while enjoying the sunrise. A great place to enjoy a 360 degree view, starting from the ocean, all the way around to the mountains. For those who enjoy to BBQ, why not spend some time using our outside grill. Our outdoor ranch / social area is completely covered, with its own exterior kitchen and long hand crafted dining table. This provides enough space to comfortably host up to 20 people. On the other side of the garden is the viewing tower. Many of our guests love to venture to the top with a cup of coffee and take in the sunrise as a start to the their day. Amazing view from the living room and porch. Big porch with outdoor dining. From porch you can see the whole Pacific. Maybe one of the nicest views in Manuel Antonio! We are located in a small gated community with 3 other houses. There is a very secure parking lot with a night guard to watch the cars. Daily Housekeeping. This is located on the main road to Manuel Antonio so there is a little road noise. You will also have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking to the house.
