Enjoy our beautiful selfbuild and characteristic beach house located a stones throw from the beach. We live on the upper floor and offer two seperated setups. The mainfloor has a 4-5 pers appartement with eveything you might need. It contains 1 room with a double 160 bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a seperated toitlet. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced.
