Modern living in separate annex close to the nature with lake. Bus connections to the city. Separate parking space. For a smaller fee you can charge your veichle. The apartment is in a separate building from the main house. The upper level of the annex/garage has is neat and reached by a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher and a recently built kitchen. Convenient check in with code lock. Towels and sheets included.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Fantastiskt charmigt hus med anor från 1800-talet. Tre separata loft, vedugn, frilagda takbjälkar, stora fönsterpartier och rejäl takhöjd varvat med lantlig stil i kök och den äldre delen av huset. Härlig altan som är omgiven av blommor och buskar sommartid. Det är gångavstånd till hav och bad, natur, park och caféer. Samtidigt är det bara 20 min med bil till centrala Göteborg och ca en halvtimme med buss. Huset går också bra att dela och bo två familjer tillsammans. Välkomna!

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.
