“We were thrilled with our stay at Nicolas’s place! My husband and I went to Bimini for a pre baby get away and were seeking relaxation in a beautiful setting and that’s exactly what we got. We were nervous at first because on our way over there were tons of spring breakers but we were totally secluded from them at Nicolas’s beautiful place. We could take gorgeous walks on the beach right out the front door and see no one. I would say a golf cart is a must. We were hesitant and almost got bikes instead which would have been a mistake. Nicolas was also very accommodating when we decided to extend our trip and provided great tips for things to do and places to eat on the island. His housekeeper Noel was also wonderful and helpful! We couldn’t be happier with our stay!”

This is a great getaway if you are looking for a place to stay on a budget. We are located within the property of Gateway Church and Gateway Christian Academy.
“Great stay! Guido is an extremely friendly and attentive host, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment is one of several in the Gateway gymnasium building, and it is in a great location in Bailey Town (the real north Bimini). It is a easy walk to the Resort World complex to the north where the sea planes land and to one of the dive shops, Bimini Undersea. It is also an easy walk to a liquor/beer store, King Brown's Grocery Store, Bonefish Ebbie's, Stuart Conch Salad Stand, and Edith's Pizza. The apartment has a nice little kitchen, so I stocked up on groceries at King Brown's and cooked several meals during the week I stayed here. Should you wish to venture further, Guido can set you up with a golf cart rental for a good price with his preferred vendor, and they will deliver the cart to the apartment and pick it up when the rental ends. While not essential, a golf cart is really nice when transporting bulky diving gear or exploring Alice Town and the south end of the island. Had a great experience and would recommend highly.”
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath house we call "Bimini Blue Tulip Cottage" is located adjacent the ocean with a lovely white sand beach in Alice Town, North Bimini. The sunsets you see here are amazing as well as the sound of the ocean waves gently rolling in all night. Typically there are Biminites at this popular spot as CJ's Deli (see many pictures of neighborhood on line) , is just steps away. There is usually music playing and frequently a party on the beach which typically subsides after sunset.
“The location of Rick’s house is perfect. Radio Beach—one of the most beautiful I’ve visited—is just steps away. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations and a lot of action, the house (and Bimini, at least in the off season) might not be for you, but if you want to unplug for a few days in a place where a nearly empty beach, drinks and food are right outside your door, it can’t be beat. Rick was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We had to cancel the first night of our stay due to transportation issues and it was no problem. He also contacted me several times prior to our visit to offer transit recommendations, often responding within minutes. Barry and his wife Bernette were also wonderful and can be counted on for reliable pickup and drop off at the seaplane or ferry—but be sure to hold on if you’re not used to riding on the back of a golf cart (which you’ll definitely want to rent to explore the island). It’s also worth taking a short walk south on the beach to see the shipwreck and abandoned houses. We really enjoyed the food too—especially conch and lobster pizza at Edith’s. Overall an amazing weekend, and we hope to be back!”
