Welcome to our bright and newly renovated basement apartment with a great view of the village! Here you live comfortably and quiet, a short detour from the E6 in Grong. Ideal for families, small groups or couples who want a pleasant stay in Namdalen. The apartment has two bedrooms – both with separate double beds – as well as two extra mattresses that can be used if needed. You will have access to your own basement lounge, kitchen, fitness room, and a new bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The cabin is located alone without neighbors and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails on Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or cycle a trip to see the famous Ørnerovet. Sengetøy og håndklær kan leies for 100 NOK per person.

The place is located in the historical part of Brønnøysund and the house is over 100 years old. About 300 m to the shopping center and 50 m to the lake. The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 120 cm bed and bedroom 2 has a 150 cm bed. The apartment has a living room that can also be used as a sleeping area and a large bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.
