Newly renovated studio apartment in a very quiet dead end street w/ 24 hrs security guard , fully equipped kitchen, close to public transportation - jeepneys & tricycle.All 3 major University w/ in 5-10 minute ride. CSI Mall & CSI Stadia is just 5 minutes ride , Tondaligan beach is 30 minutes ride by jeepney. Walking distance to Filipino, Korean & McDo restaurants. Hundred Island is hour and half drive by car.

The apt is newly built and never been occupied. Intended only for guest home stay. It’s a 3 storey bldg with parking space in a quiet neighborhood. It’s within Dagupan City and 3-5 mins drive to city proper, Jollibee and SM Mall. Near Higher Educational Institution-PIMSAT Colleges. 5 mins walk to 7 Eleven and around 50 mtrs away fr the highway where public transport by bus or local jeepneys are available.
