Attended by its owners, we offer a cozy and quiet place, 3 km from the main waterfall of Saltos del Laja and 400 meters from the Laja River (access by vehicle or walking). Close to warehouses, restaurants and first aid post, 30 minutes from the city of Los Angeles, 15 minutes from Yumbel and 15 minutes from Cabrero.

Located on a rocky outcrop between the large and small coves of Cocholgue, to access it you must go down a passage and up a ladder. The journey is very short and simple, but not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is an ideal place for those who want to live a unique experience, where the sea and its sunsets are the protagonists.

The stipulated price per night is for 2 guests, and the capacity is for up to 3 people. From the 3rd guest, the additional charge is $15,000 per person per night of stay. Relax on this unique and quiet getaway, where you can enjoy a place surrounded by nature less than 10 minutes from Los Angeles. You can enjoy an environment surrounded by native trees, a cabin on the banks of the Rarinco River with a terrace, a hot tub, a stove, and a kitchen equipped for lovers of good food. On the premises, you can practice sport fishing, make bonfires, go hiking, enjoy a good barbecue on the terrace, or enjoy a hot bath in our tub.

Life Cabin

The cabin is made of wood and has two floors. It is located in the Nevados de Chillan Biosphere Reserve. We are in the Las Trancas Valley, Termas de Chillán, 8 km from the ski center, Bike Park and thermal pools. In the area you can do various activities such as trekking, canopy, horseback riding, hiking and much more. There are a variety of shops in the area, Minimarket, Strip center, Restaurant, pub, cafes, handicrafts, pub, bicycle rental, etc.

Here you can get away from the daily grind and unwind in a private place surrounded by greenery and outdoor spaces to share with friends and family. The cabin is full equipped with capacity for up to 5 people (3 beds plus a futon) We recommend communicating before arriving at the accommodation to provide details of the location and read the Arrival Guide. We also offer a hot water jug service upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
