We needed a few days of relaxation and being in Margarita's apartment was ideal, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beautiful view from the terrace and we were able to really rest and the location is excellent. We will be back , we do not want to lose contact with Margarita.

Very equipped and cozy apartment. Everything in excellent condition and with the necessary amenities. The building complex is easily accessible and very secure. Below the building is a very rich bakery. I didn't get to know the area much, but I did think it was close enough to what is needed (I mainly used uber app to get around). Less than 15 minutes from the bus terminal by vehicle. The host is very friendly.

Amazing accommodation in Chillán, very close to the terminal and supermarket. Mauricio has excellent communication and I had no problem getting into the place. I highlight the cleanliness and order has everything you need to spend a night there. Mauricio was very nice and left me as a courtesy tea-cafe-azucar-endulzante. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom in perfect condition. I would like to be more days. It's a great option regarding price and quality.

Excellent stay. Very good communication. The depot matches the expectations. It's private, comfortable, it has parking. It has WiFi, cable TV and air conditioning. In the kitchen you find everything you need to cook. I stayed for a week x work and will clearly rent again in case of returning to the area. I recommend it.

The place matches the description, the fully-equipped kitchen, even extra like tea, coffee, dressings and many more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, on the date we were at least, so there was no noise and we didn't bother either. It is at the front of the beach and if you are not driving, the micro leaves you right outside and to take it, the same thing, either to go to the center of Tomé or Concepción. Next door is a pub, convenience store, bakery, hardware store, very accessible everything. 100% recommended.

Luis is a 7 all the time, I visited this place with an 11-month-old baby and he made sure the apartment was well heated. The space is accurate and functional, it has everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. We went skiing and Plaza TATA is a 200-meter walk away, and there is also transportation from the condominium to the ski center and the concierges are very, very friendly. Every morning seeing the snowy forest and starry nights was a gift from the living room. We were very happy with the stay, we will definitely be back.

Everything was great, the apartment was just as it was shown. Nice and quiet place. Paula was always attentive. We had a happy stay.

Great place to stay. Flew in from the US to go snowboarding at Nevados de Chillán. There was a shuttle that took us to and from the mountain. The ski lifts were a short 5 minute walk from the apartments even without the shuttle. Host was great and was easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.
