All rooms have their own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces.

Bienvenue chez Laurence et Claude, retraités tous les deux, nous proposons à la location un studio indépendant avec coin cuisine, attenant à notre maison. Situé à 3km de la mer et de Marineland, 15 km de l'aéroport, moins de 1.5 km de la Bastide du Roy. Parking gratuit. Je parle Allemand, et un peu anglais, mon mari Claude parle Italien, et mon fils parle anglais. Avant de réserver, merci de bien prendre connaissance des conditions générales dans la rubrique à savoir.

Very nice studio in a green setting

You have finally arrived. Store your belongings in the cupboards and throw yourself into the residence's swimming pool or run to the surrounding sandy beaches. Aperitif on the terrace/garden. Want to cook? A trip to the nearby supermarkets and you're in the kitchen. Rather want to go out? The Riviera's own restaurants and nightlife are just around the corner. When you return, your little nest is ready, calm, all beautiful. Open the 160/200 sofa bed and slip under the duvet.

Charming app: Nid de L'Airette, Biot

The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended. We have recently installed air conditioning.
