Stay at the Sunburnt Mermaid Cottages by boat (nearby marina), ferry or plane. Hot tub with views of sparkling waters of Westsound. Early arrival/late departure at $25/hour when available. Heated Pool (May 15-Sept 25th) ,Fire Pit, outdoor barbecue/ kitchen. Kayak rentals available. Enjoy our Organic vegetable gardens and fruit orchard. Guest rooms have microwave, toaster, fridge, tea kettle, hot plate, internet and ROKU TV. Private exclusive hot tub use October through April 30. Max 2 adults.

Annie's Condo

Relax in comfort with two spacious king beds and a well-equipped coffee bar at Annie’s Condo as you enjoy the peace and scenery of beautiful Birch Bay. This second floor unit boasts a wall of windows, a balcony with a view of the water, a main floor bedroom and full bath, and a loft with a half bath. The location has beach access directly across the street from the complex, an indoor community pool and hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. We look forward to hosting your next seaside getaway!

Enjoy incredible beach views at this 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy condo! Birch Bay Beach is just steps away from the top floor condo. Take a lovely stroll or bike ride on the beach path and stop along the way for a drink or bite to eat at several great local spots. During your stay you will have access to the large indoor pool/clubhouse/game room. The open kitchen is well stocked to cook up a nice homemade meal. Eat, drink, play and relax on the the 2 patios/decks overlooking the beautiful bay.

View of Mt Baker in quiet, beautiful countryside. There are 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill and a fire pit in the yard. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $25 per day per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay. Charge per adult after 4 is $15 per person.

Our centrally located beach get-away is perfect. Whether you're biking, or walking along the beachside path, to the Historic "C" Shop for ice cream or homemade candy, clam digging, sand castle building, bird watching, and kite flying. Take a quick drive up to Station 49, family fun center for go carting, mini golf, arcades and live music in the outdoor western style saloon. End your day on the beach taking in the beautiful sunsets with your favorite bottle of wine.
