The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

Canada House, a home from home!. A lovely space, for a group of friends, colleagues or family to stay in Warrington. The accommodation caters for 6 people and beds can be made as 3 King or 6 Single. There's 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix/Amazon Prime) and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. This property has a patio, free parking and free WiFi. Also ideally located to access the M6/M62 and M56 .

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
