It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a truly cosy 27-square-metre cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-metre veranda offering stunning views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Lillstugan in Tomtebo

Lillstugan in Tomtebo is a house from the 1600's and thus the farm's oldest building. The house was renovated about 20 years ago. On the farm, the host family lives in a rural setting with chickens, cats and rabbits. There is a travel cot for small children in the accommodation. In the village of Stora Skedvi which is 5 km from the property is Skedvi Bröd, where you can shop for local produce in the market hall or eat fantastic food in the restaurant. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
