Cosy farmhouse near a forest and a lake

We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability. The beautiful colours of egg oil tempera adorn the walls and genuine linseed oil paint is a matter of course in a house from the late 19th century. Nice tiled stoves heat nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious In winter, there are great conditions for cross-country and downhill skiing at Romme Alpin. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with a connection approximately 100 metres from the farm. The house is located near the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Dala cottage with lake property

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Lillstugan in Tomtebo

Lillstugan in Tomtebo is a house from the 1600's and thus the farm's oldest building. The house was renovated about 20 years ago. On the farm, the host family lives in a rural setting with chickens, cats and rabbits. There is a travel cot for small children in the accommodation. In the village of Stora Skedvi which is 5 km from the property is Skedvi Bröd, where you can shop for local produce in the market hall or eat fantastic food in the restaurant. Close by are: Romme Alpin, 27 km Gyllbergen, 42 km Falu mine, 31 km Säterdalen, 17 km

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Here you can rent if you want to stay in nature. The house is located at the foot of Bispbergsklack, which is a nature reserve. In the surroundings, there are nice trails for hiking and cycling. The cottage is cozy with wooden walls indoors, visible and saved old forged details. The kitchen is of simpler standard but fully functional with stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle. Toilet with shower downstairs. Bed 90 cm lower floor. Upper floor double bed and sofa corner.

Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Here you live in an idyllic environment with beautiful walking paths and bike trails. Extra beds are available for an extra charge. There is a double bed, fireplace and large social area. On the property, in addition to the manor house, there is also a permanent residence. Swimming area is in the mining area a few hundred meters from the yard. Pet-free and smoke-free.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
